SEPARATE IN-FEED /
OUT-FEED CLAMPING
Initial clamping is on the in-feed side only. The operator positions material on the out-feed, and clamps only engage fully once the safety hood is lowered - reducing pinch injury risk dramatically.

CLAMP
First pressure (1.5 bar) holds material lightly for positioning. Full clamping pressure only applies after the loaded button is pressed and the hood lowered. A safety-first clamping sequence.

WILL THE PRO INTEGRATE WITH MY EXISTING SAW?
The Kangastop-Pro is designed to integrate with most up-cut saws. To confirm compatibility with your specific saw, contact us and provide the make and model - we can advise before you commit to a purchase. We also offer free site visits and demonstrations at our factory in Richards, NSW.
DOES MY OPERATOR STILL NEED TO BE AT THE SAW DURING CUTTING?
Once the material is loaded, the cut sequence is activated, and the safety hood is confirmed closed, the operator does not need to remain at the saw. The Pro handles positioning, clamping, and triggering the cut automatically. This is a major benefit in operations where operators' time is better used elsewhere.
WHAT IS THE MOTORISED IN-FEED OPTION?
For the highest level of automation, we can supply a motorised infeed table that stores up to 10 individual bar lengths and automatically feeds them to the Pro in sequence. Because the exact dimensions depend on your available floor space and saw setup, infeed tables are priced after a site measure. Call us to discuss.
HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE FOR THE PRO?
Installation time for the Pro is longer than the simpler models due to the saw integration, cabling, and safety system connections. For most installations, our team schedules a dedicated installation day. We provide full support during commissioning and operator training.
WHAT IS THE LONG TRAVEL CLAMPING UPGRADE?
Standard clamp cylinders are sized for a specific range. The long travel upgrade replaces horizontal and vertical clamp cylinders with Festo quality cylinders that cover the full travel of the cutting envelope - eliminating the need to adjust clamp positions when switching between section sizes. This saves around an hour per day for operations cutting a wide variety of section sizes.
