LABEL PRINTER
The label printer generates 25mm removable labels in the exact order material is cut - making it easy for operators to track and apply labels correctly to finished sections. Toggle on/off via the HMI as needed.
MATERIAL CLAMPING VIA HMI
Clamp material automatically via the HMI. When the operator presses "next cut", clamps release before the pusher moves. Includes Festo filter/regulator and control valves. Removes operator hands from the danger zone.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PLUS AND THE TRADESMAN?
The Tradesman is a bump stop only - material is fed manually to the stop. The Plus adds a motorised pusher function, a motor upgrade for 50kg sections, an integrated optimisation program, and USB order entry. If you're doing high-volume repetitive cutting or want to reduce operator involvement in positioning material, the Plus is the step up you need.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PLUS AND THE PRO?
The Pro integrates directly with your existing up-cut saw to control the cutting sequence automatically - once material is loaded, the operator can walk away. The Plus requires the operator to activate the saw manually. If you want full automation of the cut cycle (saw trigger, hood, clamping), the Pro is the right choice.
HOW DOES THE OPTIMISATION PROGRAM WORK?
You enter your required cut lengths and quantities into the system (either on the HMI directly or via USB from a Windows PC). The software calculates the optimal sequence to cut those lengths from your available bar or section stock - minimising waste offcuts. It can also be used by your purchasing team before ordering to calculate exactly how much material to buy.

Yes. The label printer is an optional extra that can be added at any time, not just at purchase. It connects to the Kangastop Plus and generates labels in the order material is cut - making piece identification straightforward.
