WHAT INFORMATION HELPS YOU GIVE ME AN ACCURATE QUOTE?
Knowing your saw type (up-cut, cold saw, chop saw etc.), your typical section types and sizes, your longest and shortest cut lengths, how many cuts you typically do per day, and whether you have an existing conveyor system. The more you can tell us, the more accurate and useful our quote will be.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AFTER ORDERING?
Lead times depend on current production schedules and which model and length you order. Call us for a current lead time estimate - we'll give you an honest answer about when to expect delivery.
CAN I SEE ONE RUNNING BEFORE I COMMIT?
Absolutely - and we encourage it. A factory visit or Zoom demo is the best way to be confident you're making the right decision. We'd rather you see it working before you buy than have any doubt afterwards.
